Save Our Homes Task Force
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The Save Our Homes Task Force of Licking County was formed in response to Ohio’s foreclosure crisis. We seek to provide resources on foreclosure prevention to residents of Licking County.

Facing Foreclosure?
Call 211 or 345-HELP for
information and assistance.

If you are facing foreclosure:
* Contact your mortgage loan servicer at the first sign that you may have difficulty in making your mortgage payment. Explain your circumstances and ask to participate in a workout resolution. Even if the foreclosure process has started, it is not too late to reach out to your servicer. Resources for several mortgage companies are provided under our ‘Resources’ section.

* While working with your servicer, contact a housing counselor—approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development—to discuss your options.

(The SOHTF is drafting a “Letter to the Community.” When this is supplied, it will be posted or linked to from the home page).
