Ms. Klettlinger was hired in 2008 to create a records and archives program for the county. She has over ten years previous experience in public, academic, and archival library settings. Ms. Klettlinger previously served as the Local Government Records Archivist at the Ohio Historical Society where she assisted local governments with records management and public records law. Currently, Ms Klettlinger’s managerial responsibilities include policy/program development, consulting county departments with records management needs, and serving as the county representative on the local and state level.

Bill was hired by Licking County in 2010 and has twenty years reference experience in academic libraries and archival settings. Previously, he worked at the Ohio and Georgia Historical Societies and York College of Pennsylvania. He salvages, cleans and catalogs records, delivers documents to county agencies, provides reference assistance and preserves archival collections. Bill also serves as coordinator for the department?s volunteer program and will create and implement a reference program for the public in 2011.

Angela has been employed by the county since 1998 and transferred to the Records & Archives Department in May 2009. Angela’s current duties include assisting the Records and Archives Coordinator in creating an imaging program for the county. She also assists with records management practices such as inventorying, creating and revising records retention schedules, and assisting with records disposal procedures.
